Bus Trip to American Watercolor Society Exhibit, Salmagundi Club in NYC

Time: Arrive no later than 6:45am; departure 7:00am sharp; expected return: 10:30 – 11pm
Where: Jones Station Road Park & Ride at Rt.2 and Jones Station Road
Cost: $55 for AWC members; $65 for non-members
Registration deadline: March 10th OR until the bus is full, whichever comes first.

Thanks to AWC members Kay and Bob Fuller, we are reviving our annual bus trip to New York City! Here are the details:
The annual bus trip to NYC to see the American Watercolor Society Annual Exhibition will be on Tuesday, April 07, 2020, on a chartered Eyre Bus.
Available to members and the public, 18 and over. You may invite one or more guests, until the bus if full.
Bus Pick-up Information:
Arrive at 6:45 am at the Jones Station Road Park & Ride at Rt.2 and Jones Station Road, with prompt departure at 7:00 am.
Kay and Bob Fuller will be signing people in at the Jones Station Road Park Park & Ride.
The bus will arrive at the Salmagundi Club about 11:20 am. You will have free time until Salmagundi opens at 1:00 pm. There are several nice restaurants on University Place, one block east of where the bus drops us off in front of Salmagundi Club. Also the Strand Bookstore is nearby at 828 Broadway and 12th Street. You may want to have your lunch before you enter the Salmagundi Club.
Promptly at 2:30 pm the Bus will transport you from the Salmagundi Club to the Metropolitan Museum of Art (the Met) at 1000 5th Avenue, arriving about 3 pm.
Board the bus at 5:45 pm for a prompt departure from the MET at 6:00 pm. for the return to Severna Park. If you are not on the bus by 6:00 pm at the MET, we will assume that you have made other plans to return to Severna Park.
Admissions at the MET is $25 regular admission and $17 for Seniors. This cost is not included in the AWC event fee.
